2015 Employees of the Year

We would like to congratulate 2015’s Employees of the Year, Anna Sirianni and Jessica Kasper!

At the end of the year, each of our team members votes for a “peer selected” employee who exemplifies accomplishing the goals and mission of Broadway Vision Source.   Among these goals is the passion of going above and beyond providing meaningful value to our patients, providing excellence in customer/patient service, and having a positive effect on team members and patients through competency and conscientiousness.  Our peer-selected winner for 2015 is Anna.  Anna is our administrative coordinator, which involves assuring that your patient experience at BVS is a positive one.  Anna also won both our Peer-Selected, and Management-Selected Employee of the Year Award in 2014.  She truly exemplifies a can-do approach, and does so with a smile!

Jessica is the recipient of our 2015 “Management-Selected” award.  This is awarded to a team member who – among a list of criteria – consistently demonstrates team and individual initiative in achieving positive outcomes, and consistently demonstrates a caring attitude about the welfare of others.   Jessica handles insurance billing, as well as coordinates all of our spectacle orders. She tirelessly handles all of this with ease, and is the center of answering questions from fellow team members ranging from insurance issues to delays on frame or lens orders.
