Ocular emergencies, medical prescription renewal requests: BVS doctors are available for ocular emergencies and essential eye care. Due to overwhelming phone calls and limited staff in our call center, we highly recommend sending us a message by clicking here. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Glasses, and optical services: We offer 3 options for picking up your glasses:
Mail the glasses to you. There is a fee of $6.99 for postage. Fitting of the glasses can be made after we re-open during business hours
Pick them up. Please make an appointment by clicking here. We ask that you stand outside of our entryway to maintain a 6′ distance while our optician will tape a plastic bag containing your glasses on to the entryway window panel. Please remove the glasses from the bag and leave the bag in place. Fitting of the glasses can be made after we re-open during business hours.

For expiring contact lens prescriptions: we are extending all contact lens prescriptions expiring in March until the end of May 2020.
Expiring vision insurance benefits: If your vision benefits are expiring soon, please contact your vision insurance company to determine if you can get an extension. Insurance companies are working on COVID-19 contingency plans and will make determinations on a case by case basis at this time.
