Appointment Cancellation or No-Show Policy
Broadway Vision Source requires a minimum of 24-hour notification in advance of your appointment to cancel. Failure to do so or failure to show up for your appointment will result in incurring a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee.
This fee:
- must be paid in full prior to rescheduling future appointments.
- is not billable to insurance.

Late Arrival
If patients are late, it makes us late. We respect your time, so we do our best to keep to our schedule without rushing to catch up which results in sacrificing quality of care. If there are no openings in our schedule, we will therefore reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
